Healthcare clients screen their couriers before they sign, and they should. Here is our approach to compliance and the documentation we provide to clients during onboarding.
HIPAA-aware handling. We handle protected information and specimens with HIPAA-aware procedures and are prepared to sign Business Associate Agreements with clients.
Chain of custody. Documented, timestamped handoffs on every applicable job.
Temperature documentation. Validated coolers and monitoring, with records available for cold-chain shipments.
Safety training. Our team follows OSHA-aligned bloodborne pathogen practices for specimen handling.
Driver screening. Background checks and drug screening are completed as part of client onboarding and contract requirements.
Formal certifications, training completions, and insurance certificates are provided directly to clients during onboarding and upon request. We publish credentials here only as they are finalized and documented.
